I truly enjoy the real estate business and working with a wide variety of people to help them meet one of the most fundamental and rewarding goals of their lives. And, since everyone is different, I approach a working relationship with each person in a way that will honor their needs and personal style. Beyond mere real estate experience, I've achieved premier certifications to provide me with the skills needed to represent you with the latest information and strategies.
When I work with a buyer or a seller, it's my hope that they will so enjoy the experience and the outcome that they will work with me the next time they need a Realtor and refer me to friends, family and colleagues. I'm proud to say that those I've represented in the past were so pleased with the experience that the majority of my new clients are referrals from previous clients!
My Background:
I certainly understand the impact of a move and how important it is to find the right home, at the right time, and at the right price. Since leaving my home state of Alabama in the early 1990's, I moved to Florida, Vermont, and most recently Ohio in 1998.
My keen eye for detail landed me in a career as a Quality Manager for large apparel companies such as Vanity Fair, Champion Athletic, and Victoria's Secret. That attention to detail carries over into my job as a Realtor.
I have pursued continuing education in a very aggressive manner. I have earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This prestigious credential has only been earned by 4% of all Realtors. The education received from CRS is considered to be the best among experts, and gains me access to one of the best networking systems in the country to assist relocating clients. I have also completed the industry's most comprehensive new home sales course and earned the designation as a Certified New Home Specialist. This gives me edge in providing the highest levels of service to those buyers seeking a new home.
